To whom it may concern,|
In recent months while working under the management of Jennifer Huntsberry, I feel I have been personally violated and in addition GFS policy has not been properly followed. Recently I was told by a fellow associate that Jennifer told him “If Joe is goofing off that it’s okay to tell him to get in line.” She never said anything regarding the matter directly to me. I believe if a manager has an issue with an associate’s performance that he or she should deal with the offending person personally and in a professional manner. I feel insulted by this incident and I also feel that it was very poor management practice on her part. I am offended that she feels I “goof off” at work when I often times find her in long personal conversations with associates on the clock. Other associates have told me that Jennifer has said negative things about other associates, both professional and personal during such conversations. I can provide examples and witnesses should the need present itself. This event is the most recent in the numbering list of times I felt I have been treated poorly by this manager for no apparent reason.
I feel that Jennifer has a personal dislike for some associates and she lets it influence how she treats them in the workplace, this is not conducive to a productive atmosphere and will decrease employee morale, especially during the busy graduation season.
